365 Nights Staffing Guarantee for the Hotel Industry

What Drives Us

Whether 10 a.m. or 10 p.m.:

Your guests expect the same service quality

Since 1989, we’ve taken a different approach to the night audit than our competitors in reception services for the hotel industry: We’re not here simply to fill a front office shift – we take responsibility for your hotel. Throughout the night, your guests receive the same professional service at the reception desk they expect during the day. But the benefits don’t stop there. Day after day, your team benefits from a more attractive two-shift model, stable schedules, and significantly less time spent recruiting and onboarding new night staff. That’s why our service isn’t a compromise. It’s an integral part of a well-organised front office operation.

Night Audit Responsibilities

Which tasks does wilkon take on?

What does a Night Auditor do?

The Night Auditor is far more than a night porter. They are host, the person responsible for the cash and end-of-day closing, and the security officer — all in one — the professional face of your hotel during the night hours.

Our Night Auditors are trained specifically on your property and your hotel software. They work independently, in a solution-oriented way, and always in your interest.

Job Profile

Our Game Plan for the Front Office

« Like in soccer: a stable spine of experienced team leaders and Night Audit Instructors ensures that new staff are integrated quickly and fill their role perfectly. »

Quality Management

Our system for reliable quality

At wilkon, too, there is staff turnover — as everywhere in the industry. We address this challenge with proven, standardized processes. It starts with the new-client onboarding, in which all details of the respective property are captured systematically and efficiently. Next, our NAIs handle the training of new colleagues directly on site. Online trainings complement the onboarding. Even afterward, our night auditors are never alone with technical problems: Experienced colleagues who know the property and its PMS inside out are reachable throughout the entire night shift.
