25 Years Leading the Northern Germany Team
In August 2026, our highly valued team leader Silke Gimenez celebrates her 25th anniversary with wilkon. As an empathetic team leader and a knowledgeable point of contact for our clients, she is an indispensable pillar of our team. The location owes her not only a substantial share of its client growth, but also a great deal of stability within the staff team.
Ten Years Leading the Austrian Team
In September 2026, our team leader Flavio Cuoni will already be looking back on ten years with team wilkon. He has built up our growing Austrian location successfully and with great consistency, maintaining a close and appreciative dialogue with the team he looks after. His commitment contributes significantly to the positive development of the location.
25 Years in the HR Office
Our HR generalist Gabi Neufeld also celebrates her 25th work anniversary in October 2026. Over all those years she has witnessed the company’s many ups and downs at first hand, celebrated its successes and always taken on the most varied challenges with dedication.
Ten Years in Sales and Scheduling
Mario Augsberger, Head of Sales & Scheduling, already celebrated his 10th work anniversary back in June. He loves the challenges of scheduling and finds a workable solution even when staffing situations become demanding once again. On top of that, our clients hold him in high regard as a knowledgeable and reliable point of contact.
We Look Forward to Working Together for Many More Years
Everyone celebrating an anniversary this year has one thing in common: for many years they have delivered outstanding work and stood behind our company with great loyalty. As a family-run business in particular, we value that sense of connection enormously, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank them once again from the bottom of our hearts.
And of course we will not miss the chance to honor our long-serving team members in person, together with everyone else, at our annual team meeting in October. We look forward to celebrating their special anniversaries with them and with the whole team.
